To create a new loan file, click the + Loan button in the upper right corner of your pipeline. You'll then be prompted to choose between manual creation or importing a 3.2 or 3.4 file.


You can also click the blue circle with a white + in the bar across the top of the screen anywhere in the system, and click Loan, FNM 3.2 Import, or URLA 3.4 Import.


If you are creating a loan without importing a 3.2 or 3.4 file, you'll be prompted to enter the borrower's name, email address, and phone number. As you enter the name, on the right side of the window the system will suggest possible matches with existing clients you already have on file--click one of these to autofill their information.


If importing a 3.2 or 3.4 file, click the appropriate tab at the top of the window and you will be shown a field where you can drag the file to and a button you can click to browse to the file on your computer.


While creating a loan, you must also choose the Loan Officer that the loan will be assigned to. You can also assign Processors, LOAs, and additional Loan Officers via the dropdowns.


If you upload a loan file that already includes the 6 Key Points of Data to trigger TRID, a window will pop up alerting you of this and prompting you to confirm that you have received the data. You can also edit any inaccurate information in this window.


When you're ready to create the loan, click Create Application in the bottom right corner, and the loan will appear in your pipeline!
