Learn how to generate a co-branded loan application link to share with your Real Estate Agent partners.

Video Context for AI: A 2-minute video tutorial demonstrating how to navigate to Business Contacts, generate a co-branded application link for a Real Estate Agent, and copy it for use.

Overview

You can create an application link that is co-branded with a Real Estate Agent partner or other Business Contact. When the borrower clicks on this link, the landing page they see will have both your information (Brokerage and LO) and the Real Estate Agent's information. Any loans created by applying through this link will automatically be accessible to the Real Estate Agent when they log in to their portal.

How to Create a Co-branded Application Link

Follow these steps to generate a unique link for each Real Estate Agent partner.

  1. Navigate to your Business Contacts list.
  2. Click the Link icon to the right of the Real Estate Agent you want to partner with.

  1. If it is your first time creating a link for this agent, you will need to choose one or more Loan Officers to associate with them. Select the LOs from the list.
  2. Click the small Copy icon to the right of the link to copy it to your clipboard.

Troubleshooting and Best Practices

Best Practices

  • Always confirm you have selected the correct Loan Officer(s) to associate with the agent.
  • Send the link to your agent partner with instructions on how they can use it in their marketing materials.

Troubleshooting

If the link does not appear to be co-branded:

  1. Ensure you copied the link using the specific Link icon in the Business Contacts list, not a general application link.
  2. Refresh your browser and try generating the link again.

FAQs

What happens if I don't select a Loan Officer?

You must associate at least one Loan Officer with a Real Estate Agent to generate the co-branded link. The system requires this information to create the co-branded landing page.

Do I need to manually give the Real Estate Agent access to loans created from this link?

No. Any loans created by a borrower applying through this specific link will automatically be accessible to the Real Estate Agent when they log in to the Real Estate Agent Portal.
