To generate a 1003, click the Print 1003 button in the upper right corner of the Loan & Property screen of the loan file, or generate it from the Disclosure Forms screen like any other document.

Since the 1003 form is long and includes a lot of dynamically-populated data, it may take a while for it to fully populate, especially on older computers or over slower internet connections. Please scroll all the way to the bottom and verify that all the information has finished populating before you click Generate.

Note: If you generate the 1003 through the Print 1003 button instead of through the Disclosure Forms screen, you will not automatically be prompted to create an eSign need for it--but you can still create an eSign need for it by clicking the "..." Actions button beside it in the documents list.
