Generating the loan application form (URLA 1003) allows you to download (and print) or create an e-sign need.
You can generate the loan application form from within the loan via Loan & Property Info or Disclosure Forms. Depending on where you choose to generate the loan application form, there are differences in how to create an e-sign need for it.
Locate Loan Application Form - Loan & Property Info
1. In your loan, select the Loan & Property Info tab form the menu on the left and click the Print 1003 button in the upper right corner.
Locate Loan Application Form - Disclosure Forms
1. In your loan, select the Disclosure Forms tab from the menu on the left and select ARIVE Forms from the menu.
2. Scroll through the forms list or use the search field in the upper right to locate the Application 1003 - URLA and click Application 1003 - URLA.
Generate Loan Application Form
1. Regardless of where you generate the loan application form, you can select which 1003 (set of borrower(s)) you want to generate the form for by using the menu in the upper left corner.
- The menu will look slightly different depending on where you are generating the loan application form from.
Important: The option to generate a separate 1003 for a co-borrower will only appear if the co-borrower is on a separate 1003 in Borrower Info > Manage Borrowers.
If the co-borrower is on the same 1003, their name will appear next to the borrower's name in the menu and there won't be a separate selection for the co-borrower in the dropdown menu.
Important: The Continuation Sheet is automatically included at the end of the loan application form when there is additional information that exceeds the allotted fields in the applicable loan application section.
The Continuation Sheet most commonly appears and is used with income and liability items.
2. Before you click Generate, you can scroll through the entire form to verify all of the information has populated, confirm the information is correct, and enter information into the blue fields as need.
Important: There isn't save feature to retain any changes you make to the Application 1003 - URLA, while you are editing. If you exit from the form, all changes will be lost and form will go back to the default state.
For this reason, you should generate the form immediately after you've completed any changes to it. This will allow a copy of the loan application with your changes to be saved in the loan in Documents.
Generate Loan Application Form - Loan & Property Info
1. Click the Generate button in the upper right corner.
If you went through Loan & Property Info and click Generate, the Documents screen will come up and you'll find the 1003 Loan Application - URLA.
From Documents, you can download or create an e-sign need.
Download the form by selecting the document using the checkbox to the left and click the Download button at the bottom.
Create an e-sign need by clicking the ... button at the right end of the document's row and select Create eSign Need.
Generate Loan Application Form - Disclosure Forms
1. Click the Generate button in the upper right corner.
If you went through Disclosure Forms and click Generate, you'll be prompted to confirm or edit the Document Name and confirm or select the Document Classification and Lender Submission type. Then, click Generate.
In the upper right corner, you'll have the option to download or create an e-sIgn need by clicking the applicable button, Download or Create eSign Need.
