Error messages starting with "invalid_grant" indicate system-generated emails failing due to a disconnected email integration.

In most cases, the issue may stem from your own email integration being disconnected. To check this, follow these steps:

① Navigate to your User Settings and click on 'Email/SMS Config.'

② Verify that your email integration is listed as 'Connected.' If it indicates that it requires reconnection, click the 'Connect' button.

Important: If you find that you are not the primary loan officer on a specific loan file and encounter the invalid_grant error, it could be linked to the email integration of the primary loan officer assigned to that file. 

To address this, the primary loan officer should navigate to User Settings > Email/SMS Config and proceed to reconnect their email integration if necessary.
