Important: If you find that you are not the primary loan officer on a specific loan file and encounter the invalid_grant error, it could be linked to the email integration of the primary loan officer assigned to that file.
To address this, the primary loan officer should navigate to User Settings > Email/SMS Config and proceed to reconnect their email integration if necessary.
