If you get a message in your Fannie Mae DO/DU findings about the borrowers not being married and the borrowers are married, this could be an indication you haven't selected the VA marital status in ARIVE. 

There is a separate selection for the VA marital status via the loan > VA Loan.

Fannie Mae DO/DU Findings Message:

The case is ineligible because the co-borrowers are not married. There may be circumstances in the VA Handbook under which this loan may be approved.

1. Navigate to the loan > VA Loan.

2. In the dropdown menu for Borrowers married each other, select Yes.

3. Click Save Changes.

After this update, you can attempt to rerun AUS.
