Import MISMO 3.4: Display current and updated Loan differences before update. ( HOT-21781 )
An option has been added to update loans using the MISMO import. The MISMO import loan option is now available under 'Import MISMO 3.4' in the loan action buttons. The differences between the current information and the new changes will be displayed in the preview.
- The import process compares borrowers based on their SSN (Social Security Number). If the SSN in the imported file differs from the existing borrower’s SSN, a new borrower will be added. If the SSN is the same as an existing borrower, their information will be updated accordingly.
- If the imported file contains a new borrower, all financial information sections (Income, Assets, Liabilities, and REO) will be replaced or overwritten by the new borrower’s financial details.
SMS support for Borrower/co-borrower related notifications in email/sms template. ( HOT-27098 )
Clone Loan: Enhanced user assignment for Clone Loans. ( HOT-27062 )
An option has been added in the clone popup to select 'LO & Other Loan Users and Business Contacts' from the loan user list. This helps avoid copying deactivated loan users when cloning the loan team.
Key Points:
CP Assignment: The CP will be selected from the LO team, regardless of whether a processor exists in the base loan's Loan Team.
Primary Assignment for Loan Officer Assistant: The first instance of a Loan Officer Assistant will be marked as the primary.
Primary Assignment for Processor: If no CP is assigned, the first instance of a processor will be marked as primary.
Contract Process: If a contract process is assigned, it will automatically be marked as primary.
Restrict Processor Assignment Setting: When the 'Restrict Processor Assignment' setting is enabled, no processors will be shown in the cloned loan. Even if processors are assigned in the base loan, they will not be included in the cloned loan, and there will be no option to add processors in the clone popup.
During the Clone Loan process, the LO team will only be populated if there is a single loan officer listed in the main loan file and no other team members are present
Automation Rules: New criteria field added - User Loan Role. ( HOT-28989 )
The "Current User's Role in Loan" field has been added to the criteria in the automation rules. It specifies the role of the logged-in user within the loan process.
Automation Rules: Make Read-Only Based on User/Role for Set Value & support for assigning members to Loan. ( HOT-27951)
We have introduced new functionality in the Set Value Action, allowing users to specify roles or individual users who will be excluded from the read-only restriction. This ensures that the loan remains read-only for all users, except for those specified in this field.
- When the user sets the "Read-Only" option in the Set Value Action to true, the Owner role will be pre-selected by default and cannot be deselected. The Admin roles will also be pre-selected but can be deselected if needed. Additionally, for all existing rules, this setting will be applied automatically after the script execution.
- Along with this, we have extended the Set Value Action to include three additional fields: Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, and Loan Processor. This enhancement allows users to assign individuals to these roles for a loan through automation rules. An option to mark users as primary has also been provided.
Automation Rule: Support Confirmation Action for Loan Status changes trigger. ( HOT-28693 )
The confirmation action will now also be applicable for the "When Loan Status Changes" trigger in automation rules.
Automation Rule: Added new field 'Mortgage Insurance' in rule criteria. ( HOT-29713 )
A new field, "Mortgage Insurance", has been added to the rule criteria and is now available as a required field option in automation rules.
Admin Control: Added ability for Company Admin to Configure Roles that can edit POS app config. ( HOT-28654 )
As part of this story, the Company Admin will have the ability to configure roles that can edit the POS App Config in the Admin Control section under “Restrict Access to Edit POS App Config”.
- By default, the toggle will be turned off, allowing all users with access to the POS App Config to edit it.
- When the toggle is turned ON, the Company Admin, Associate Admin, and Owner roles will be selected by default and cannot be unchecked.
Admin Control: Added Private Folder functionality to store documents for restricted access. ( HOT-28255 )
- A new "Private Docs" folder has been introduced under the Documents section, with access permissions controlled by the "Manage Private Docs Folder" setting in Admin Controls.
- Only users with the roles of Owner, Company Admin, Associate Admin, or Branch Admin—depending on the configured access settings—will have the ability to upload or view documents within this folder.
- For private documents, users can perform the following actions: Rename, Edit, Delete, Re-classify, and Copy.
- Please note that the count of private documents is not included in the Total Documents count.
- Additionally, the Company Admin role of the Contract Processing organization will not have access to the "Private Docs" folder.
Admin Controls: Added Contract Processor Admin to the admin control list of exceptions for restricting editing of 1003 and fees . ( HOT-29291 )
Previously, Contract Processor Admin users were unable to edit read-only loans.
With this update, the Admin Control list of exceptions for the Restrict Editing 1003 and Fees settings now includes the Contract Processor Admin role.
Contract Processor Admins can now edit loans in statuses such as Loan Setup and Disclosed, while restricted users will see the message "Loan is Read-Only".
PPE: Allow editing of broker-paid compensation from pricing results. ( HOT-28830 )
We have added an option on the Pricing screen that allows users to edit or override the Broker Compensation when the Comp Payer type is set to Borrower Paid and the Industry Channel is set to Brokered.
Calculate per diem interest based on loan type for accurate calculation. ( HOT-29756 )
We will now use 365 as the denominator for pre-diem calculations in government loans and 360 for other loans. Therefore, the formula will be:
- Prepaid Interest (Gov Loans) = (Total Loan Amount * Note Rate)/(365 *100)
- Prepaid Interest (All other Loans) = (Total Loan Amount * Note Rate)/(360 *100)
Trackers: Updated new statuses and introduced new trackers. ( HOT-28516 )
New Statuses and Trackers have been updated as follows:
CD Status: A new "Requested" status has been added.
Final Loan Docs/Signed Closing Docs: The statuses "Not Uploaded" and "Uploaded" have been replaced with "Not Requested" and "Signed Docs Received." Additionally, the term "Signed Closing Docs" has been updated to "Final Loan Docs," and the following new statuses have been introduced:
- Not Requested
- Requested
- Sent
- Signing Scheduled
- Signed
- Signed Docs Received
Final Loan Docs/Signed Closing Docs: The "Sent" and "Signed" statuses now align with the "Docs Out" and "Docs Signed" loan statuses and their respective dates.
Funding Conditions Tracker: A new tracker has been introduced with the following statuses:
- Not Needed
- Conditions Outstanding
- Conditions Satisfied
These updates are designed to enhance tracking and provide more clarity in the Loan Center.
Realtor Portal: Added Option to filter loans based on Loan Officer. ( HOT-28099 )
A Loan Officer filter has been added to the loan pipeline in the Realtor portal, enabling users to filter loans based on the selected Loan Officer. This will display only those loans where the primary Loan Officer matches the chosen one.
Realtor Portal: Improved Lead Creation and Invitation. ( HOT-28100,HOT-27827 )
The following enhancements have been added to the Realtor Portal and LOS:
Lead Creation and Borrower Invitation: Users can now not only create leads but also invite borrowers directly from the Realtor Portal. This enhancement streamlines the process of engaging realtors with both leads and borrowers.
New Email Template – "Invite Lead from Realtor": A new email template, "Invite Lead from Realtor," has been added to the Loan Origination System (LOS) for sending invitations to leads. This customizable template offers flexibility, allowing users to tailor the message to meet specific needs. It is accessible only to LOS users.
Disclosures: Added an option in the UI to skip the COC form when generating the Closing Disclosure. ( HOT-28505 )
As part of the system update, an option will now be provided to skip the generation of the COC (Change of Circumstances) if the CD (Closing Disclosure) has already been generated, and an attempt is made to regenerate the CD.
Manage Borrower: Allow the main borrower on supplemental 1003s to be assigned a role other than Borrower. ( HOT-17430 )
The system now supports the management of borrowers across supplemental 1003 forms (e.g., second, third, etc.), enabling users to assign roles beyond "Borrower," such as Co-signer/Guarantor, Non-title Spouse, or Title Holder Only.
Conditions for roles other than "Borrower" are as follows:
Co-Signer: This borrower will not be eligible for Order Credit by default, but you will still have the option to allow it manually.
Non-Title Spouse: Non-Title Spouses are included solely for the purposes of vesting and Credit Reports as required by specific loan programs. You will not be able to add any Income, Asset, or REO information, but you can add Liabilities. This borrower will not be eligible for Order Credit by default, but you will still have the option to allow it manually."
Title Holder Only: You will not be able to add any Income, Asset, Liability, REO, or Credit/PLL information for a Title Holder Only borrower. This borrower will not be eligible for Order Credit."
Financial Info: Updated bulk edit for liabilities to remove "Will Be Paid Off" or "Omitted.( HOT-29716 )
The bulk action feature has been enhanced by adding the ability to remove Paid Off and Omitted liabilities from bulk edit. Two new radio buttons will be displayed when selecting Liability Action, namely Remove Omitted and Remove "Will Be Paid Off".

MINOR ENHANCEMENTS FEATURES
Admin Controls: Provide an option to select all roles under Admin Controls permission cards for all settings. ( HOT-29292 )
The ability to Select All and Clear all user roles has been added, allowing users to select or clear all roles by clicking the ‘Select All’ and ‘Clear’ buttons, respectively.
ARIVE Forms: Updated the FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary to the latest version. ( HOT-27209 )
The title of the FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary form has been changed to "FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary - Form 92900-LT" in Arive forms. Additionally, the following updates have been made to the form:
- Added the 'Privacy Act Notice' on page 2.
- Updated the Document ID on both pages to 'ID LFD02080-20241114'.
- Updated the expiry date to '10/31/2026'
Point of Sale: Added CAPTCHA Support on POS public pages ( HOT-22572 )

Delete/Deactivate: Add checkbox to archive Prospect Loans. ( HOT-29399 )
LOS: Notification advising the user that someone else is currently in the same loan . ( HOT-6139)
Added the ability to display the current live users, including borrowers, who are actively on the loan. The list can be accessed from the top-right corner in LOS, showing the names of users/borrowers and the number of instances each user has created.
Fixed: AUS: Handling of Proration Items and Other Credits. ( HOT-13841 )
Fixed: Proration items (K. Due from Borrower at Closing and L. Paid Already by or on Behalf of Borrower at Closing) were not being passed to DU/LPA, causing discrepancies in the cash-to-close calculation.
Fixed: Financial Info - Income gaps for multiple income records with uneven order ( HOT-29218 )
The Income Gap Issue has been fixed for multiple income records, where incomes were not recorded in the proper order. This issue occurred when users were working with multiple income records during the same time period.
