Email Tracking and Email Logs maintain records of emails sent through ARIVE. These records will allow you to view details about the email including the sender, recipients, time and date sent, status, applicable error messages, and in almost all cases view the original email.
Email Tracking
Email Tracking will allow you to view and search emails sent within ARIVE for various levels of the organization including: Company Settings, Branch Settings (if applicable), and User Settings.
- Company Settings > Email Tracking will allow you to view all emails sent in the organization.
- Branch Settings > Email Tracking will allow you to view all emails sent from within the selected branch.
- User Settings > Email Tracking will allow Loan Officers to view all emails associated with loan files where the the primary Loan Officer.
Email Logs
Email Logs will allow you to view emails sent within ARIVE for a specific loan file.
Locate the Email Logs via the loan > ... button (upper right) > Email Logs.
Email Tracking & Email Logs Features
Email Tracking and Email Logs have several features to make viewing and searching emails more convenient.
Email Logs will have all of the features listed below except the search feature. This is because Email Logs are contain only the emails sent for a specific loan file, which tend to be of a lower quantity where navigating through by page is reasonably quick.
View Full Email
You can click on any specific email and you'll be able to view the full original email.
- The only exception is if you sent an eSign request using an external link. In these cases, when the email is opened, you'll only see the text "Content Hidden".
Email Tracking Data
Email tracking data available to be viewed includes the Sender, Recipient, CC, Subject/Description, Status, and Sent Time/Date.
Search
Use the search field in the upper right corner to search for emails by Sender, Recipient, or Subject.
View Multiple Recipients
If there is more than one recipient or CC recipient, you'll see a + with the number of additional recipients next to the recipients name. You can hover your cursor over the +1 (as in the image below) to view the other recipients without leaving the Email Tracking view.
Status & Sent On Time/Date
The right most column will reflect the status of the email, which will either be Success or Failed. Below the status, the date and time the email was sent will be shown.
In the case of a Failed status, you can hover your mouse cursor over the informational i to reveal the error message.
In almost all cases, the Failed error message is a message directly from your email service provider. If you need further assistance with the error message, you should reach out to your email service provider.
Pages & Items Per Page
As an alternative to searching, you can look through emails by pages.
Items per page will allow you to view 10, 25, or 50 emails in a page. Click the page numbers or arrows to navigate through the pages of emails. Last will take you to the very first emails sent. First will take you to the most recent emails sent.
