SMS Tracking and SMS Tracker maintain records of SMS text messages sent through ARIVE. These records will allow you to view details about the text message including the sender, recipients, time and date sent, status, and view the original text.


The only SMS texts sent from within ARIVE would be the enabled SMS Templates located in Email/SMS Templates. 


In order to utilize the text feature, your Twilio account must be connected in ARIVE.

SMS Tracking

SMS Tracking will allow you to view and search texts sent within ARIVE for various levels of the organization including: Company Settings, Branch Settings (if applicable), and User Settings. 

  • Company Settings > SMS Tracking will allow you to view all texts sent in the organization. 
  • Branch Settings > SMS Tracking will allow you to view all texts sent from within the selected branch. 
  • User Settings > SMS Tracking will allow Loan Officers to view all texts associated with loan files where they are the primary Loan Officer.




SMS Tracker

SMS Tracker will allow you to view texts sent within ARIVE for a specific loan file.


Locate the SMS Tracker via the loan > ... button (upper right) > SMS Tracker. 




SMS Tracking & SMS Tracker Features

SMS Tracking and SMS Tracker have several features to make viewing and searching emails more convenient. 


View Text Messages

You can click on any contact you'll be able to view the text message history. 




Search

Use the search field in the upper left corner to search for texts by the Recipient name.




Period Filter

The Period filter will allow you to filter messages for a selected recipient by period.




Status Filter

The Status filter will allow you to filter messages from a recipient based on status. 


Important: If Twilio is connected in ARIVE and the text message status is Not Delivered, you should reach out to Twilio Support for further assistnace with text message delivery/receipt issues.




Error Message

The red triangle will indicate there is an error. Hover your cursor over the red triangle to reveal the error message.
