Your Loan Pipeline shows your list of loan files. You can sort and filter your loan pipeline in numerous ways, and save your own customized filter setups/views to see your loan pipeline in whichever way works best for you.

You will only be able to see loan files that you are assigned to, unless you are an Admin or have a different role that gives you access to other files.

To sort and filter your loan pipeline, you can use the filters across the top of the page.

The main Filters dropdown on the left side allows you to choose how your pipeline is sorted, change the time period shown, and switch to saved filters you have created or the existing default filter options.

Important: By default, only loan files that have been updated within the last 30 days will be shown in your pipeline. If you are not seeing loan files that you are expecting to see, change the time period on your pipeline filter to Lifetime.

You can select a status category to only show loans in that category, or use the Statuses dropdown to select specific individual statuses.

You can use the Trackers dropdown to filter by the Trackers from the Loan Center tab of the loan file.

Use the Channel dropdown to filter by whether the loan is Brokered or Non-Del.

Use the Users dropdown to filter by which user is assigned to the loan.

The More Filters button shows you other filtering options, including loan purpose, program, assigned Contacts, and more.

To save a specific filter configuration, click Save View and enter a name to save the filter and add it to your Saved Filters in the main pipeline filter dropdown.

If you have loan files across multiple Branches of your company, you can use the branch dropdown to select a specific branch to see only loans in that branch. If you are a Company Admin, you can select All to see loans across all branches.
