Switching to Non-Del as an Existing Client

To switch your existing subscription to our Non-Del plan, please open a chat or email a request to support@arive.com and include your MERS Org ID. When you upgrade to Non-Del, your card on file will immediately be charged a prorated amount (based on where you are in your billing cycle) for the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
