You can easily change your preferred login multi-factor authentication method for your ARIVE login. 



1. Under the Login button, click Reset MFA




2. Enter the email address associated with your login and click Send Reset MFA Link




3. A confirmation message will appear showing the email was successfully sent. 

You'll have the option to resend the MFA reset email with the Resend button.




4. Navigate to the email and click the Reset MFA button or link. 

If you didn't receive the email, don't forget to check your spam/junk folder. 


If you are still unable to locate the email, reach out to an ARIVE Admin at your organization. The Admin can locate the email in Email Tracking, copy/paste the link in an email, and send the link outside of ARIVE. If you are a Company Admin, reach out to ARIVE Support further assistance. 




5. Click the Go to Login button.




6. Enter your login credentials and click Login




7. You can choose SMS text message authentication or an authentication application for your phone. Click on your preferred method below for instructions.


 SMS Text Message Authentication


1. For SMS text message authentication, click SMS




2. Enter your 10 digit phone number and click Continue




3. Select the box I have safely recorded this code and click Continue




4. Enter the code from the SMS text message you received and click Continue

If you would like to avoid having to enter the authentication code every time you login, select the Remember this browser checkbox.




If you have trouble receiving the SMS text message authentication code, it is recommended you select an alternative multi-factor authentication method.




 Authentication Application


Auth0 Guardian, Authy, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator can be used as authentication methods to login with ARIVE. 


1. If you don't already have the authentication application downloaded to your phone, locate the application in the App Store or Google Play store and download the application to your phone.



2. Open the authentication application on your phone and scan the QR code from the ARIVE screen with the authentication application. 




3. Enter the code generated by the authentication application into ARIVE and click Continue




4. Select the box I have safely recorded this code and click Continue.




5. You'll get a confirmation page letting you know the multi-factor authentication has be updated. Click Continue
